Day 1 Arrive in Hong Kong
Today you will arrive in Hong Kong - the gourmet paradise. You will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 2 Hong Kong B,L,D,
This morning following breakfast at hotel, you will follow our guide to a local open-air market where the locals get their ingredients for their daily meals. Continue to Nam Pak Hong where people hunt for preserved marine products such as shark fins and the herbs. Tour proceeds with coach to the southern part of Hong Kong and make a brief stop at the Stanley market, a small village that is now famed as a “bargain hunters” for all merchandise as well as trendy dining hangs out. Enjoy your lunch in Stanley. Afternoon tour continues to Aberdeen fishing village, where you will take the sampan tour along the zigzag allies of the village and have a glimpses of the local life. Travel up to Victoria Peak to have a panoramic view of the stunning skyline of the harbour before an early dinner at Yung Kee Chinese Restaurant, an award-winning restaurants in Hong Kong .
Day 3 Hong Kong B,L,D,
Today after breakfast at hotel, you will take a cooking class where the chef will unveil his secret recipes of making Chinese dishes and the gist of “freshness” of Chinese cooking following with lunch in a local restaurant. Afternoon is free at leisure. In the evening, take a boat to one of our outlying island – Lamma Island , a well-known place for sea food. The 20 minutes voyage will bring you away from a cosmopolitan to a island of seafood. Stroll along a strip of restaurants, you will see giant fish tanks that keep not only lively fishes but also a variety of marine products that is ready for guests to order for the chef to make it as “today special” .
Day 4 Hong Kong / Macau B,
Today, enjoy your free time in Hong Kong. You may check out the local delicacies such as Egg Tart at "Tea Cafe" or "Fish ball" noodle and congee in little noodle store. Late in the afternoon, you will be transferred to pier for your voyage to Macau.
Day 5 Macau B,L,D,
Macau lies on the western side of the Pearl River Delta, bordering Guangdong province in the north and facing the South China Sea in the east and south. Today visit Ruins of St. Paul, Old City Wall, Na Tcha Temple, Mount Fortress, Lead Senado Square and explore the local eateries at Three Lamp District – Rotunda Carlos da Maria. Tour ends at Rua do Cunha street – a famous restaurant strip. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 6 Macau / Hong Kong B,
Breakfast at hotel. You are at free at leisure until be transferred to the pier for Hong Kong International airport for your flight return home.
