Day 1 Thursday Los Angles / Bangkok
Fly transpacific aboard Northwest Airlines 747 wide-cabin jetliner. Cross the International Dateline en-route to Bangkok, Thailand.
Day 2 Friday Arrive Bangkok
Upon arrival, our representative will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel.
Day 3 Saturday Bangkok - Damnoen Saduak - River Kwai B,L
This morning our representative will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market where vendors hawk their goods along the canals. Continue to Kanchanaburi to visit the Bridge of the River Kwai. Immortalized by the famous film, the River Kwai now flows peacefully into caves and over waterfalls, carving its way through the lush vegetation of the jungle. Board the original railway train to Nam Tok station passing over the dangerous looking wooden viaduct built along the mountain. Arrive at Nam Tok station, the terminal station of the Thai-Burma railway and transfer for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, continue to River Kwai Resotel. Overnight at The River Kwai Resotel.
Day 4 Sunday Kanchanaburi B,L

After breakfast at the hotel, visit Lava Cave and then take a boat trip to Sai Yok Yai Waterfalls with its stunning jungle surroundings. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, return to the resort and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at The River Kwai Resotel
Day 5 Monday Kanchanaburi / Bangkok B, L
After breakfast at the hotel. visit the Khmer temple “Prasart Muang Sing” and the informative “Thailand - Burma Railway Center,” a newly-opened museum. Proceed to Nakorn Pathom to visit Phra Pathom Chedi, the largest pagoda in Thailand. Then depart for Wat Thumasala to visit the most beautiful crematoria in Thailand. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the late afternoon, arrive at your hotel in Bangkok.
Day 6 Tuesday Bangkok - Phitsanuloke B,L
Our representative will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the magnificent Bang-Pa-In Summer Palace. Proceed to Ayutthaya, the old capital of Siamese Kingdom to admire the ancient ruins of Wat Panan Choeng, Wat Yai Chai Mongkol and Wat Chai Wattanaram. Continue to Lopburi. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Lopburi. After lunch, visit San Phra Karn (the MonkeyTemple) and the Prang Sam Yod (the Three Spire Pagoda), the ancient Hindu Shrine in Khmer-style architecture, a landmark of Lopburi Town. Leave Lopburi via the central plain of the kingdom for Phitsanulok. Late afternoon, arrive in Phitsanulok and pay a short visit to Wat Phra Sri Rattana Maha Dhat which houses the impressive seated Buddha image “Phra Buddha Chinaraj.”

Day 7 Wednesday Phitsanuloke - Lampang B,L,D
After breakfast, visit the private Ethnic & Folklore Museum at the house of Mr. Thavee Buranakhet. Transfer to Sukhothai to visit the Sukhothai Historical Park and its compound as well as Wat Sri Chum with its giant seated Buddha image. Depart Sukhothai via Sawankalok for Sri Satchanalai, a sister city of Sukhothai in the past, located by the Yom River. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch, visit Sri Satchanalai Historical Park, a World Cultural Heritage site designated by UNESCO. Afterwards transfer to Lampang. In late afternoon, arrive in Lampang and the take a horse carriage ride to visit Wat Phra Kaew Don Tao, one of the most revered Buddhist temples in town. Dinner and overnight at Wiang Lakor Hotel
Day 8 Thursday Lampang - Chiang Rai B,L
After breakfast at the hotel, pay a short visit to Baan Sao Na k, a Lanna-style wooden house with wooden pillars and Wat Chedi Sao with twenty cute pagodas. Depart Lampang for Phayao to visit Kwan Phayao, the largest Fresh Water Swamp in Thailand. Also visit Wat Sri Khom Kham, one of the finest Buddhist temples at the Phayao Lake with a large, massive Buddha image. Depart Phayao for Chiang Rai. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Chiang Rai. After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise on the Mae Kok River and visit the White Karen Hill tribe before checking in your hotel. Overnight at Wiang Inn Hotel
Day 9 Friday Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai B,L
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Mae Sai, the northernmost town in Thailand, bordering Myanmar. Enjoy strolling, shopping and bargaining at the local market before leaving for the “Golden Triangle” where the borders of Thailand, Laos and Myanmar converge. Then go to Chiang Saen to visit the 1st Ancient Empire of the “Tai Tribe” Kingdom by the Mae Khong River, as well as the Chiang Saen Museum and Wat Pa Sak. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch, leave Chiang Saen for Chiang Mai via Chiang Rai and Wiang Pa Pao and visit the Hot Springs at Mae Kha Chan en-route. In the early evening, arrive in Chiang Mai and check-in at your hotel. Overnight at The Amity Green Hills Hotel

Day 10 Saturday Chiang Mai - Bangkok B
After breakfast at the hotel, will pick you up from your hotel to the Mae Taeng Elephant Camp. In the early evening, transfer to Chiang Mai Railway Station for boarding the air-conditioned Express Train (Sleeper Berth) to Bangkok.
Day 11 Sunday Bangkok
Arrival in Bangkok in the early morning. Transfer from Bangkok Railway Station (Hua Lam Pong Station) to your hotel in Bangkok. Balance of the day is free.
Day 12 Monday Bangkok - Los Angels B
You are escorted to the airport for your return flight home.
